Cancellations, returns and refunds

All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Postage to UK addresses:
Smaller items are sent as "Large Letter" - larger ones as "Packet"

1st class  - £1.25 / £3.70
2nd class - £1.00/ £3.10
Signed for - £2.55 / £4.70

Overcharges for postage will be refunded (this may occur with multiple purchases of larger items, e.g. straight needles).

Paypal accept payment by any debit or credit card - a Paypal account is not needed

We do not collect personal information about you when you visit our this website unless you choose to provide that information to us. You are free to browse this website anonymously.

Bladed Items

When ordering bladed items, you will need to confirm you are over the age of 18 to complete the purchase, please be aware that someone over the age of 18 will also need to be at home to receive the delivery. We operate Challenge 25 and anyone who appears to be under that age will need to provide proof of age, if proof of age is not verified or the person is not 18 years of age, the restricted content of your order will not be delivered, and you will receive a refund back to your card”.
